Implemented by Rockland, Orange, Ulster and Chemung counties, this easy-to-use platform will create efficiencies and transform the way local governments and school districts do business. Suppliers can gain market exposure to their government and cooperative contracts through inclusion in the Empire Procure Connect Marketplace.
